Before a tool earns a recommendation, I look at real-world performance from hands-on use (not spec sheets), the features that matter for actual workflows, honest pricing including renewals and hidden costs, and support, refund policy, and long-term value. Every review includes a clear score, pros and cons, and a plain answer to “who is this for?”
