Purpose of This Policy

  2. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  3. The exact URL(s) or a detailed description of the infringing material on JakeReviews.com.

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will review and respond to valid DMCA requests within 3–5 business days.

Counter Notification

If your content was removed as a result of a DMCA claim and you believe it was mistakenly identified or removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Your name, address, and contact details.

  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.

  3. A statement that you believe in good faith the content was removed in error.

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local court or the court where JakeReviews.com is based.

  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed content after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a legal action.

Repeat Infringement Policy

JakeReviews.com reserves the right to terminate or block access to users or accounts that repeatedly post infringing content.

We also reserve the right to remove any material at our discretion that appears to violate copyright laws, even without formal DMCA notice.
