Submitting a takedown request

Email contact@jakereviews.com with the subject “DMCA Takedown” and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on this site.
• Your full contact information.
• A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act.
• Your signature (physical or electronic).

What happens next

We review every valid request and, where warranted, remove or disable the content promptly — typically within a few business days.

Filing a counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us a counter-notice with the removed content’s URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error, and your consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the content if appropriate.
